Shopify integration

This lesson has several parts:

Creating shipping zones in Shopify;
Adding a Shopfy e-shop to our platform;
Showing pick-up points selection to the client;

Creating shipping zones in Shopify. Why it is needed?

Delivery methods in Shopify can be grouped by delivery zones. This is useful when you want to set e.g. one delivery rate for a purchase in Lithuania and another for a purchase in another country.

Go to Shopify settings -> Shipping and delivery;
Delivery methods at checkout under general shipping rates -> click manage.
If you have created Custom shipping rates, the following steps need to be done for both general and custom.

In the next step, you will see which products you sell will be covered by the settings. If you want to create different settings for some products, e.g. if you want some products to be shipped by LP Express courier and others to be delivered to Omniva post office, you would need to create a custom shipping rate (in the previous picture you can see the "create new profile").

How do I get an API key?

On our platform, go to the APIs section;

Here you will find your API key, which is needed during the integration. You will also be able to create a new API key. You can also find documentation here if needed.

How do I find the MultiParcels plugin?

Go to wp-admin -> plugins -> add new plugin;
Search for word "Multisiuntos" or "Multiparcels";
Click "Activate" next to our plugin.

We recommend that you enable automatic updates, as we have many of them.

How to complete the integration?

Go to wp-admin -> shipments -> settings;
In API key field, enter the API key you received in the first step;
Scroll down and click "save c

Orders mapping

Accepted Answer

For each delivery method you have (e.g. LP Express post office, Omniva courier, etc.), you need to make a mapping. You only need to do this once.

Click on the Unmapped option;

Make settings based on which delivery method you are mapping for. These settings will apply in the future whenever an order with the same delivery method arrives. You can change these settings to: a. Courier; b. Pickup -> Delivery; c. Delivery; d. Services.

Once the mapping is done, all that's left to do is choose the sender:

By connecting your PrestaShop store to our platform, you will be able to manage all your orders easily and conveniently.

In PrestaShop store settings -> advanced parameters -> select webservice.
In the new window, select add new webservice key.

Under Webservice accounts section, do the following:

Generate a key by clicking -> "generate";
Copy the key from the "key" field;

Shopify integration - Adding terminals application

First, you need to go to the "Shipping and delivery" settings in your Shopify website.

In the settings, you need to add the "Rates by app" option.

To add, click "Add rate." Select the second option in the "Rate type" selector. ->

When this option is selected, locations from the application are displayed if they are enabled.

Mark all locations that are displayed.

If it does not appear, please try going to the NOPARCELS platform and then clicking "Disable" - "Enable" on the store page in the parcel locker display configuration. Performing these steps will update the information in your Shopify store more quickly.

Then we press the "Done" button on the website.

After making these changes, click the "Save" button
